I don't think that article is on the web, although it is in the library
at the Oriental Studies Faculty Library at Cambridge.

I used to know this guy at the Australian National University named
Jeff Marck (I'm think that's his name) who taught linguistics, and he
knew a lot about Lanyon-Orgill and was trying to locate his books that
were sold at auction and scattered over the UK. Perhaps you could
track him down and ask him.
