And they didn't sell, which is why Lin Carter didn't get to do the whole
series.

Some of the ones I don't have are in that list. But no thanks, Cabell
sometimes uses letters with diacritics, and all his books are
illustrated with charming head- and/or tailpieces.

I doubt they'll match the original red or green bindings, and the
original thick, soft paper, which no one has used in generations, or the
original feel of the letterpress.

(I tried reading one of Wm. Morris's romances in a Ballantine(?) pbk.,
but without the Kelmscott type and the pictures, it wasn't worth
bothering with. He did well to concentrate on design.)
