[l@n35] is believed to be the colloquial pronunciation of 卵, whose
literary pronunciation is [lWn35]. This character can mean
"testicle", in addition to "egg". But people on the street would
understand [l@n35] as a swear word meaning "male organs", and [lWn35]
only as "egg".
