I've never heard of such a thing.

The PDR, Physicians' Desk Reference, goes through annual editions.

The DSM is now in its 5th at least incarnation, maybe that's where you
what to look for whatever you're talking about -- I don't know what the
initials are for, but it's the standard list of mental conditions.
