How about Russian? How about isolating languages?

Even longer than the 10 for Russian that I've heard. I find these
hard to believe.

How can you measure the kids' progress *objectively*? That's
difficult even for the same language. Now, comparing the progress
between different languages is no better than comparing apples and
oranges.
BTW, how many percent of YOUR own mother tongue do you think you have
learnt or mastered?
