Re: weird French sentence



This "Terminé" just means 'finished' or 'completed' - at least I read
it that way with only very minor discomfort at what I think is an
infelicity and as I checked it out with other people (francophones) who
agreed. Interestingly, it's only me - the semi-lingual - who *did*
think it was an infelicitous use of terminer.
