classical music station Antena 2, you heard wrong. It's actually
"segue-se", as in "Segue-se a música de Haendel", "we will now be
listening to some music by Haendel".

Yes, except that it starts with a [z], not [s]. But you are right, in
Austria (and perhaps southern Germany too?) this is an [s]!
