"Noon" ending word rhyme with "tanween"

Dear All!

Is it possible for anyone to tell me why one can not rhyme a word like,
say "badan" with a tanween word like "fawran"? In essence what I am
asking is whether one can rhyme a normal "noon" with "tanween".
