I am not you. ;-) As for the person who claims I'm a troll, that must have
come from someone who viscerally disagreed with me at one time or another.

I haven't been in the newsgroup for a while. It's not my regular hangout.

The reason I posted my question is because the meaning and its etymology
came up in another discussion forum. I wanted to find out if there was more
reliable info to be had about this word.

So, whoever is not answering your questions, they may rest assured that
Holly is not Heidi Graw. ;-)
