You know, this is sci.lang. Has it never occurred to you that people
doing sociolinguistics might be SCIentifically interested in this piece
of raw data regarding the sociolinguistics of the Spanish LANGuage in
the United States?

I do sociolinguistics sometimes, and I find this post very interesting.
