I should think not. Look at Buck's grammar and you'll see that there
were massive differences in morphology and vocabulary between Latin
and Oscan.

Latin and Faliscan, however, were probably mutually intelligible if
spoken slowly. They are similar enough that some have even speculated
that Faliscan is a Latin "patois", though most place it rather more
father removed.
