What a request!
Would you also please list all the Chinese loanwords in English?
Doubtless there are thousands. But they are easily searched, because
any number of electronic dictionaries exist with searchable etymology
sections. It's less likely that such resources yet exist for Turkish,
and if they do, they are unlikely to yet encompass the full Ottoman
vocabulary.
Yusuf indicated why such a listing under the "Ottoman" label is futile.
A general listing isn't helpful because of the need to work at it
separately for the different levels and registers for different
periods, not unlike the work one does for Latinate and Greek words in
non-Romance European languages. Including the doublets for lay versus
religious origin, the indirect loans through neighboring languages, the
spoken vs. written language of the day, etc. Most of what was around
until recently was ideologically tainted.
