As Daniels said, a library can help.

Yes, mb, I have already come across this site. It doesn't, however, provide
the actual contents of that treatise. Hopefully, a friend of mine will be
able to get it for me through her university. A copy may even exist at that
particular library, or it may have to be ordered in from somewhere else.

I posted my query here just in case someone may already have it easily
available and on hand. If not, that's fine. I can wait. ;-)
