Calling an Indian guy ""MaCACA" or whatever the hell his name is" is
meant to ridicule Indian's funny sounding names, their foreigner
status; it doesn't matter whether he's actually first generation or 5th
generation American.
Had this guy been of East Asian racial background, he would most likely
be called "One Hung Lo" or whatever the hell his name is". Let's be
honest here, a lot of white folks like to ridicule foreigners with
funny sounding names. And if you don't look white, you must be a
foreigner, and must have some weird-ass name that sounds like "fukyu",
***, or "caca", or "suckthis" or something stupid like that.

Bull***. After a lifetime of listening to usage in various situations
and in the various languages of the area, we don't need some greenhorn
turning polemic and asking for academic citations on everyday slang
just because he happened to grow up protected from the ugliness of
life. Sounds like a defence of the double-breasted baboons who are
trying to explain it away to some retarded US TV audience.
Can't touch the message, so it's ad hominem now. I rest my case.
You'll rest it when you have heard it too many times to count, at
gatherings of pieds noirs and sundry other racists starting in the
Fifties, in French, Italian, Sabir etc, or even in manifestations,
ratonnades, what will you. There would have been an ad hominem only if
otherwise unjustified.
