This is not Europe, where the latter appears to be the preferred method
of accessing the internet.
(Only to the unobservant. Most people do it from home.)
Are you really suggesting that it's harder for a computer-free traveller to get internet access in the USA than it is in, for example (picking three very different countries where I have personal experience of it not being difficult), Canada, Peru, or Laos ?
