Re: morphology markup langauge

In general, we're focussing on languages spoken in Europe (including
Turkey, the Russian Federation and Overseas Territories). But dicML,
the dictionary markup language, can be used also for Japanese or
Chinese, because we've included some special tags like ruby text
(http://gml.gidoo.de/dicml/2.0/wd.html).

The morphology markup language should be usable at least for European
languages. I hope that it'll be flexible enough for other languages,
too.
In fact, there won't be one markup language, but a family. Because the
different demands of the family of languages as well as the different
demands of each part of morphology (conjugation vs. declension) make it
impossible to have all in one markup language (perhaps there is a way,
but this markup language would be too overloaded/complicated).
