It's impossible to prevent a human infant (barring severe brain damage)
from learning the language(s) spoken around it. It just comes naturally.

Just?

Yes, just. Don't you think so? It just comes naturally, I agree with
Peter here. And it is just that it happens, but that doesn't matter,
because it happens no matter what.

Aren't we expending a little too much theoretical firepower on a device
which basically posts senseless messages to random newsgroups? I wonder
if it can be coincidence that the re-appearance of "Penguins Are.." is
accompanied by someone spamming "All Wombats, All the Time" to 40 or 50
groups.
Just ignore the thing.

Are spambots now capable of spamming significantly different variants
of their message, in credible broken English, and then of sending an
email "thank you" to exactly one of the several responses to their
work?

If so, someone has accomplished an astonishing breakthrough in AI.

With all due respect to the findings of your advanced AI research, I'm
not really concerned whether it is literally a bot or merely a human
acting like one. If it is now a human being with something it seriously
wants to discuss, I trust it will ditch the "Penguins Are" name
accordingly.
