*[m&:d] if the word is stressed

My "neigh" and "neighbor" have the same diphthongs as my "made" and
"maid" respectively; they are [eI] and [ei]. I prefer to transcribe
[ei] as [ej], though, like so:
[meId] = made
[mejd] = maid
