How would the name be declined in Ukrainian, anyway?

as far as I know, such names are declined like masculines in Ukrainian
(as opposed to feminine in Polish):

nom. Шевченко
gen. Шевченка
dat. Шевченкові / Шевченку
acc. Шевченка
instr. Шевченком
loc. Шевченкові / Шевченку
