Google "Thurs" You'll find out in what manner the word
Thurs is being used.

Yeah: the bulk of the hits are for the standard abbreviation
of <Thursday>.

Google: "Thurs (giant)"

You'll find Thursar and Thurses used to indicate multiple giants, and Thurs
in relation to one giant.
