Are there specific Serbian verbs for mass rapes and murders of Muslim
girls, which seems to be the normal way for a Serbian man to indulge
in his "putenost" and a tradition in Serbia? How many did you rape and
kill back in the nineties by the way? Are you proud?
You might want to educate yourself about the Croatians and their
drive to become an independent state.
How come I am not surprised at the fact that the crackpots of this
group are ganging up and protecting each other?
By the way, has it ever occurred to you to educate yourself about the
Icelandic language by reading a good text-book and doing all the
exercises, instead of asking us a lot of stupid questions?
Not that it would be a bad thing to ask stupid questions if you were
genuinely interested in the answers. The problem is, you aren't. You
don't want to learn anything, you just want a little social
interaction to start your imagination machine ("fancinator"?). Then
you begin to ramble inanities about something incongruous and
internally contradicting that just occurred to you, and you
instantaneously forget the explanation given because your fancinator
is working on full steam already, and discards any information that
doesn't fit into the mosaic it is producing. The result is, that you
end up as hideously ignorant as you started before asking the
question, and, being as vain and selfish as you are stupid, you don't
even start to realize how frustrating and tantalizing it can be for
others. But as you are able to feign genuine interest to start with,
some nice and helpful person (such as Brian Scott in the other thread)
will always be around to try to put you on the right path.
Worse, you even have the hubris to affect knowledge just in order to
indulge in your own vanity, as in the thread mentioned, where you made
a fuss about the difference between Old Norse and Old Icelandic (just
HOW ignorant can you be?).
To sum up: if you are resented, there are substantial reasons for it:
in the context of sci.lang, you are NOT a nice or a likeable person,
you are quite the opposite. If you had even an iota of decency, you
would have left the place months ago.
