Two people have graciously expressed interest in reviewing the
list, and I have sent it to them. Others are not interested, and
that`s fine. They do not need to respond, but, if they have nothing
better to do, are welcome to do so. As for me, I`m done with this
thread and plan to learn more, despite a few negative people.

alif madda with any other sign on top is illegal. sukun together with
any other sign is illegal.

you don't have alif with waSla, which does not take on any other
additional sign.
