There is no relationship between this assessment and the responses you received to your poll. I just ran through the first few levels of response and found not one person who said you shouldn't participate. I found a few notes that conveyed irritation over the way you participate, over your failure to incorporate into your understanding the very information you claim to appreciate and enjoy, but nobody said you should leave. This would seem to confirm the impressions some have expressed that you don't really read what's being written to you.

Even if 26% *had* said that they would prefer it if you don't participate (which is what you asked), it wouldn't follow that they thought they had a right to demand that you leave. You invented this out of nothing.
