Calqued? Really? The Czech "noky" was borrowed "Nockerl". :-)

doesn't mention it.

My Brockhaus 1940 has it.
"-erl" is the Bavarian diminuitive. Maybe your dictionary has "Nocke".

Potatoes have two names in Cz, "brambory" and "zemáky".

"Bramburi" is also known and used in Vienna and in Lower Austria (north and east). Seems to be Czech loan like Powidl, Matschker, Pfrnak.

Obers? IIRC, that's not whipped like "Schlage".

"Obers" just means "oben" (on top), because it separates from the milk.
"Schlagobers" is "geschlagenes Obers" (whipped cream), or short "Schlag". Another compound is "Kaffeeobers".

"Rahm" is used for "Sauerrahm" (sour cream) in Viennese cooking. Compare "Rahmschnitzel", "Rahmnockerl".
