You're confused. English was not _designed_ and it was not meant to
be _neutral_ nor _easy to learn_. "Design flaws" are impossible with
something that is not designed.
What were Zamenhof's design goals of Esperanto? After reading those
web pages, do you still think that Zamenhof's design goals were met?
I won't complain that human beings have no wings and hence are unable
to fly. We aren't designed. Species evolved. (I don't believe in
Creationism.) But if someone designs an aeroplane without wings and
it cannot fly because of that, then I'll definitely say it's a design
flaw.
