It means absolutely nothing. Only fool can talk about Proto-Albanian!
You can talk about PAlb only in sense of a few Altaic roots that
eventually still remained in modern Albanian language, compiled of
Greek, Latin and Serbian.
Unfortunately, such Turkic roots are so rare and so mutilated that you
must be a magician to recognize them.
On the other side, it is obvious that Albanian sound system
corresponds well to the Altaic (Turkic subfamily) phonetic chart!

To your view, Albanian is descendant of Altaic languages, denying so
from founder of historic linguistics Franz Bopp to Martin Huld, to not
mention here giants as Johann G. von Hahn, Gustav Meyer, Norbert Jokl,
Holger Pedersen, Vaclav Cimochowski, Eqrem Çabej, Eric Hamp, Jens
Elmegaard Rasmussen etc., it shows you in true light, proving so that
your stupidity and bestiality is bottomless.
The fact is:
if you have a man who never listened Albanian and let him heard that
language for the first time he would say that he listened one of the
Turkic languages.
Nobody would ever tell that Albanian was IE language if he had to
assess it only by hearing.

Your read it in Britannica, but it has to do with written Albanian,
where stress and its role and function is missed completely from
Standard Albanian, thanks to KGB spy Androkli Kostallari, the chairman
of codification of Albanian Language on the so-called Congress of
Orthography in 1972. Gheg dialect still preserves nasality and
quantity of vowels, cf. just dhe 'and', but dhé 'earth'; bari 'grass',
but barí 'herdsman', fole 'you spoke', but folé 'nest'.
I don't understand why you are replying always on my post, seeing that
