Yes. Classical Chinese do not have a standard pronunciation. It
is pronounced in what language or dialect the speaker speaks in.

Note also that "三十六計,走為上策" has been thoroguhly nativitized
into the vernacular. In Cantonese, the saying is usually "三十六著,
走為上着", where 着 means a move (as in chess or go).
