I had those settings, but only in my non-admistrator account. I've now also
set them this way in the administrator account and rebooted. I'll give OE
one more chance, with the pronunciation /khr _H/ of . I've asked
for UTF-8, but I'm expecting to get Windows-874.
For the first time, Thai script appeared in a posting of yours.
OTOH, there's an underscore between the glottal and the cap H in your
phonemic slants.
