Linguist/Consultant Needed

Greetings,
I'm looking for a linguist -- ideally with an open mind and an
academic affiliation -- to review and critique a 30 page (double
spaced) article on the sound laws and The IE Theory I've written
mainly for scientists and philosophers of science. I would be more
than happy to credit you for your help and, if necessary, pay a small
fee commensurate with the time you devote to the project.
Since I'm planning to expand the article into a monograph, the project
could expand to include collaborating on or coauthoring the monograph
-- if you can agree with or, ideally, add to the positions I take in
this article.
Thanks very much for considering this request, and for the know-
it-alls from refraining from posting snide remarks in response to this
post.
Respectfully,
Bill Schmidt, Ph.D.
