That's ambiguous.

That's 2007-05-05T00:00:00 (== 2007-05-04T24:00:00)

That's 2007-05-05T24:00:00 (== 2007-05-06T00:00:00)
So, using the 00:00:00 -- 24:00:00 notation can make things clear.
