I'm not sure how easy it is to rearrange the sounds, but I've seen a report
that reversing the three phones of 'mum' produces a sound that is heard by
English speakers as 'mump'. One problem is that a short final [m] may be
interpreted as [mp_}] (X-SAMPA - couldn't find Kirshenbaum symobl) simply

Symobl for what?

X-SAMPA uses _} for the corner diacritic indicating no
audible release.

because English does have unreleased final consonants.
