No. Colless has four sibilants. From his ANE post:
<snip>$ $im$: sun (with serpent)
s_ $im$: sun (without serpent)
<snip>z.
s samk: fish
<snip>s. s.irar: tied bag
<snip>t_ t_ad: breast
<snip>s^ samk: support (spine)
I'm pretty sure Richard wasn't counting s.ade (Brian C's "tied bag"),
since it's historically unproblematic and needs no more discussion
than m or q.
I wasn't counting sibilants. If ZU <z.> and THANNA <t_> can be excluded,
Colless actually seems to have five voiceless sibilant characters (i.e. five
characters representing voiceless sibilants if you find my diction too
poetic) - SHIN <$>, <s_>, SAMKA <s>, SADE <s.> and SSU <s^>, though I don't
see a claim of more than four voiceless sibilant phonemes.
The one called "sun without serpent" doesn't exist in Ugaritic.
Do you think Colless was claiming it does?
Considering that you posted a list of 31 things that ends with the
three items that are unique to Ugaritic, what could that list of 31
things be, other than his suggesetion of what exists in Ugaritic?
