Kenyon & Knott (1944) have (slightly simplifying):
stressed: wAz [i.e. funny "a" representing woz]
unstressed: w@z
restressed: wVz

A quick riffle through the forematter did not reveal an explanation of
what they mean by "restressed". Anybody have an idea?
