Greek μετοχές (holdings; μέτοχος sharing in, partaking of; μετέχω

provide with home/); from na-heobina (Serb. naseobina settlement; Eng.
inhabit).

If you take all the above words into serious consideration you will be
able to understand why (and how) the Serbian auxiliary verb "imati" is
closely related (cognate) to English "have" and Latin "habeo".

Anyone interested to find out what a real lingua-science looks
like? ;-)

Memo to newcomer: Anyone interested in the above will be well advised
not to take DV seriously.

In other words, you are advising people to stay in darkness?
Fortunately, the majority of sci.lang members are not as ridiculously
rigid and unintelligent as you are.

DV

You apparently haven't been keeping count. Everyone who has taken the
trouble to disagree with you has at one time or another been condemned
as "ridiculously rigid and unintelligent". Who's left? Unless you are
taking the old familiar  crank road of appealing to a "silent
majority" (the Dark Matter of sci.lang)  who follow your teachings?

As I see, only you and Hog Loony are unable to understand the way in
which the Slavic word imati is related to the words have, habeo and
capio.

DV

So you are claiming that Daniels, Atkinson and Kriha "understand" this
nonsense, and thereby escape being called idiots?

It is nonsense only for you and similar idiots.
