This man speaking the introduction has this strange special kind of
lingual r that I heard school children use near Felgueiras (North
Portugal).
What is it, phonetically?

0:30, versão diferente, and in the English loan word "Heart".
He uses it only there, and perhaps in the beginning of the
introduction, but not in between.

Cf. http://rudhar.com/foneport/en/noteport/notep022.htm, July 2003,
Felgueiras.
