I have always wondered, where the cliché Indian words "ugh" and "hoka
hey" come from. Are they based on really existing words in some real
language? Where have they been used in written word for the first time?

I've never heard of either of those words being used, in any of the
places I've travelled.
Maybe they originate from the geographical location that you are
located?
Try researching who the original inhabitants were in your location.
Maybe you will find an older person who speaks the language of the
original inhabitants.
Then they can lead you to the original reason why you hear those two
'cliche words', wherever it is you are located.
(I'm guessing north-west america?)

Where I'm from, we have a jargon word that sounds like 'wih!' and when
we learn the language of our ancestors from this location, we learn
the origins of that word we hear so often around here.
