Mathematicians know that to access seminal texts in their original
language, you must study Latin and French. Chemists, similarly, must
become familiar with German. Economists must be fluent in English. And
for humanists, it's Italian.
For trolls, it's the language of squirming, dodging, lying, and
verbiage of the lowest quality, whatever the language.
When it comes to Panu, you must read between the lines...
This is what "it" says...
"Hi, I'm Panu. Listen to me. Listen! I speak your language to make you
listen to me, because nobody ever listened to me during my childhood.
I'm a self-styled expert - this is also a ruse to get people to listen
to me. I'm stuck at the emotional age of 11. Women don't listen to me,
so I hate them. I'm a "language consultant" because I don't have any
career, unless you count unpaid flaming and spamming, because I'm
emotionally unstable and hateful. I'm lost, which is ok in itself, but
I can't deal with it, because I'm so young emotionally. If you don't
listen to me, I will threaten you with my guns. People listen to
people with guns."

random because they are women?

In Finland there are 32 privately owned firearms per 100 civilians
according to the Finnish Ministry of the Interior[1][2]. By the end of
2006 there were somewhat over 1,6 million licensed firearms and spread
among Finland's population of 5,3 million it comes to 30,5 per 100
people. Unlicensed firearms are estimated at around 1,5 per 100. There
are some 650,000 firearms permit holders in Finland. 60% of firearm
permits are issued for hunting weapons[3]. There are an estimated
290,000 handguns, which comes to 5,5 per 100 civilians[4]. Permits are
not required for muzzle-loaded black powder guns made before 1890 as
long as they are not used. War booty from World War 2 are thought to
constitute the largest share of illegal firearms.
