ROFL. Where lies the misinformation? The OED is quoting exactly what was
there in the Shakespeare, and then it's quoting some transcript from
decades later. It's amazing what circumstances you'll *make up* in your
attempts to discard facts that are inconvenient to your beliefs. The
*funniest* thing about this is that for us to take your slant on this
seriously, we would have to believe that you find "fall off ON a tree"
acceptable!
