This is a plausible theory which supports my "hyper-divergence rate"
of PIE which occured around 4000BC - 2000BC. All Indo-European
languages have ossified, in the sense, that no new language families
have emerged since 1000 BC or 0 AD.



Probably more prone to high water flooding into the Black Sea basin
circa 5200 BC.
