Those look, in a way, even more like verbs than like vowels. Anyway,

I meant verbs of course.  I wouls suspect that a string of >= 5 verbs
can only occur in  contrived examples.

This is from a 1920s Book of Knowledge:

John, where James had had had had had had had had had had had a better
effect on the teacher.

.... had had "had," had had "had had"; "had had" had had ...
.
