Has it ever occurred to you that there are hundreds of languages
around the world which "can't be rendered on a regular keyboard",
without employing lots of special phonetic symbols? Have you any idea
of any non-Indo-European language? Have you ever tried to study, say,
Arabic, Georgian, Turkish, Finnish, Chinese?
