Ah, so it happens in Czech, too? Could you give some examples?
Marc

Just to make absolutely sure which form we talking about.
AFAIR, in your original post you showed to separate cases:
(1) .... не сомнительного "культурного доминирования" для,
        а исключительно ради (обманчивого, разумеется)
        чувства свободы владения словом ....
and
(2) .... это моя машина, потому что! ....

I don't remember ever having paid any particular attention
to the form (1). When I saw the quote in Marc's original post
it seemed strangely weird, however its meaning was clear
to me straight away. Perhaps, I've heard it a few times
before without paying attention to it. I still can't think of
a Czech or Slovak equivalent.

The second form seems to be quite common in colloquial
Russian and AFAIK in western Slavic languages as well.

Please, would you give us a Czech example for the "second form"?
Потому что is generally used internally, it could also be used at the
beginning of the sentence, but it could never be placed at the end of
sentence (interrupted and unfinished sentences excluded). Can you not
grasp that потому что is a causative conjunction (Serb. potome
što...), and, AFAIK, it cannot be post-positioned in any of Slavic
languages.
