If you're referring to <Julius'>, there are some non-plurals (especially
classical or Biblical names) that end in S, whose possessives are
usually written without the expected additional S following the
apostrophe -- and pronounced accordingly. Eg. "Aristophanes' plays", "in
Jesus' name".
