As with everything you post, you are both clueless and confused. There
is no HTML standard for usenet posts, and use of HTML is strongly
discouraged, for very good reasons, in the closest thing there is to a
netiquette standards document, GNKSA 2.0.

HTML is no more a standard in usenet than Microsoft Wurd is for
documents. The presence of HTML shit in usenet posts from clueless
users like you is nothing but a reflection of Microsoft's unfortunate
market dominance and their frequent choice to flout or pervert both open
standards and general good practice to further their own ends.
