Government exists to provide a believable money supply, to provide for
the common defense, to pass minimal legislation and enact minimal laws
to protect the common good, to assure the neutrality of a system of
courts, and then to SHUT UP. If government dictates educaiton,
morality, or charity the country will be bought and sold like steers
at a slaughterhouse as rulers' initials are carved into children's
flesh. Nobody who pays less than 15% of total annual income as
Federal taxes should be given a vote. Nobody under 18 years of age
(or less than minimum military draft age if it is lower) votes.
Nobody over 75 years of age votes. Those who do not invest in the
system have no right to dictate how it functions.
