Well, he did cause me to go back and scan the Constitution, looking for the
word "minimal". Oddly, I couldn't find it. Even when I held the
Constitution up to a mirror and read it backwards.

But I swear, I still can't make head or tails out of what he said, or what
it had to do with my original post.
