here we go again with India and Pakistan over Kashmir; we need a M.A.D. Fleet in place

In the news tonight was word that the new Indian prime minister was
attacked in Kashmir. Although it was brought under control, there is no
time to waste.
If we have outbreaks such as that of 2002 where Pakistan and India were
on the brink of nuclear war, well, the more and more of those periods of
instability that arise, the greater is the chance that one of those
incidents of violence assails into a full nuclear war.
We need NATO and the UN and the USA to form a M.A.D. Fleet that whenever
any hotspot in the world arises that we park the fleet off that coast to
calm things down.
We would park the fleet off of NorthKorea and if the fleet is attacked
in any way shape or form, then it is mandatory to regime change
NorthKorea.
This Fleet will persuade all countries that do not have nuclear weapons
to never get interested and never start building any.
It was M.A.D. Fleet that saved the world from the Cuban Missile Crisis
in the 1960s from avalanching the Cold War into a nuclear Hot war. It
was M.A.D that prevented the USA and USSR from a nuclear WW3. But when
the Berlin Wall came down in 1990, this planet has been naked and
vulnerable without its protective blanket of M.A.D. in the form of a
fleet. And we are sliding ever so near to the brink of a nuclear war.
We need M.A.D. Fleet to send a clear message that no country should
build any more nuclear weapons. That a country without nuclear weapons
have no incentive or motivation to build one. And for countries that
already have nuclear weapons the M.A.D. Fleet will park off their coasts
if they rattle with war mongering.
We can either build a M.A.D. Fleet now and hopefully deter all possible
nuclear wars of the future or we can wait for the first nuclear war and
pollute the environment around the globe, and then like 9/11/2001 blame
alot of people and then build the M.A.D. Fleet. I suspect humanity is so
dumb and so stupid that it always needs a huge tragedy before it does
the proper action.
I have alot at stake if Pakistan and India ignite into a nuclear war in
that the radioactive waste will eventually come falling down here in the
Midwest USA and pollute the ground and trees.
Our politicians are usually behind the eight ball and usually lack
foresight. Our politicians rarely Prioritize properly. Our politicians
rarely are keen and smart.
I write this because, well, after Pakistan and India have a nuclear
subcontinent war and the radioactive waste spreads throughout the
continents and the entire world thrown into a Great Depression #2. That
I can then point to these posts to the Internet, that there were some
responsible people guiding the way forward.
