Liar. What we atheists do that pisses off you fundamentalist nutcases
is that we recognize that symbols and metaphor ONLY apply to emotional
expression, and not serious factual statements. When determining what
is and is not, they have no place. Asking whether or not god exists is
nothing like asking whether or not you love someone. It's like asking
whether or not the sun exists, or an I.O.U. of 500 dollars from you to me
exists, or a rare species of bird in the jungle exists. It is a purely
dry, factual, logical question about a thing existing or not. Trying
to answer it with emotional metaphor is a logical fallacy. Save the
metaphor for the emotional appeals where it belongs.
