Running an Occam's Razor on Jesus is only a probability of being true, but it
is the best probability attempt when a person's history is unknown and
shrouded in mystery.

But what about running Occam's Razor on Joseph of Arimethia and Josephus as
well as Jesus. The probability gets even lower of being correct.

But if there is some convergence in the 3 Occam Razors one of Jesus, one of
Joseph of Arimethia and one of Josephus, if some convergence pops out then it
may indicate that all three Occam Razors are on the path of truth.

I am suspicious and do not like the claim that Jesus father and Jesus were
somehow ancient Carpenters or fine tuned as stoneworkers. I doubt this
Carpenter trade because Jesus brother James was a high priest. Professions in
ancient Judea were not that mobile and so if James was a high priest would
indicate that Jesus and his father were of high social stature.

I do not like the name Joseph of Arimethia because "Arimethia" is some
insignificant place. This suggests to me that later scribes of the Christian
church cut and paste or erased the true identity of Joseph of Arimethia. Cut
and paste because perhaps he was the true father of Jesus.

Why else would some one pay heavy to take Jesus off the cross and bury him
properly, unless Joseph of Arimethia was his father.

Might the true name of Joseph of Arimethia have been Joseph of Nazareth or
Joseph of Bethlehem?

Looking on the web for whether Josephus the historian mentions Joseph of
Arimethia, I was unlucky and found no hits in Google.

So what if I make this starting claim. What if I hypothesize that the father
of Jesus and the father of Josephus was Joseph of Arimethia. Only his true
name was not Arimethia but perhaps Nazareth or Bethlehem which explains the
great loophole in logic as to Jesus's 2 location births of Nazareth and
Bethlehem. The confusion to the authors of the 4 gospels is that Jesus was
born in Nazareth but his father was born in Bethlehem. So instead of Joseph
of Arimethia it is Joseph of Bethlehem.

And now the occupation of Josephus was that of general. And if Joseph of
Arimethia was his father, then the occupation of Joseph of Arimethia would
have likely been also a "general of the army". Sons usually followed into the
same profession as their fathers in ancient times.

So Joseph of Arimethia or corrected as Joseph of Bethlehem was a Jewish army
general and his son, Josephus would also become a general. But his son Jesus,
born of a different wife than Josephus for in ancient Judea, men had several
wives. That Jesus was anti Roman and instead of becoming a general in favor
of Rome, he became a political terrorist of Rome.

So that would explain why Joseph of Arimethia pulled Jesus off the cross
because he was the father and a powerful political figure in that time. And
it explains how James another son of Joseph of Arimethia could endure his
brother's crucifixion without being himself rounded up by the Romans. And it
would explain why the cut and paste rewrite of Josephus history when he gets
to the part where he talks about Jesus. Josephus revealed too much of the
factual truth of Jesus which the Christian scribes could accept because it
destroyed their myth fictional story of Jesus. So they had to cut and paste
Josephus history to fit the myth story of Jesus, plus they had to cut and
paste the identity of Joseph of Arimethia as the father of Jesus, Josephus
and James.

One factual trail to follow is how the Shroud of Turin got to Italy? If we
assume it is the shroud that wrapped Jesus then we know it was done by Joseph
of Arimethia and so he could have given it to his son Josephus and that is
how it eventually ended up in Turin Italy.
