essence of the correction Re: corrected Infinitude of Primes proof; both direct and indirect methods

The essence of the correction is that the direct proof method is a set
theory increase in cardinality of any finite set of primes which
necessarily involves a search for a *prime factor* in the newly formed
number of P!+1.

The indirect method never allows for a search of a *prime factor* because
P!+1 is automatically a new prime.

So the flaws of over 90% of the proofs of Euclid Infinitude of Primes
involves the mixing up of "prime factor" in addition to the mixed up claim
that Euclid made a indirect proof when there is no evidence that Euclid did
such. The evidence suggests that Euclid gave a **direct proof** of
Infinitude of Primes.

So when you couple the facts that most professors of mathematics have less
than clear logic in any proof whether simple proof or extremely difficult
and couple that fact with the fact that it was erroneously reported by the
historians of mathematics that Euclid gave a indirect proof when in fact he
gave a direct proof of IP. Coupling those 2 facts and one is not surprized
that our modern day mathematics professor is unable to give a valid proof
of Infinitude of Primes.
